Career Outlook

Enrolled AgentsAlthough the economy is rarely predictable, as the old adage states: There are only two things certain in this life, death and taxes. This creates an incredible opportunity for those individuals seeking a career in the tax profession.

Enrolled Agents, as career professionals, are in high demand. Tax professionals are needed everywhere: in small public accounting firms, large accounting firms, law firms, corporate tax departments, the IRS, state departments of revenue, investment firms, banks, and in private practices. The need for high quality, competent tax professionals is even greater now, due to continual tax code updates. Current tax preparers can enhance their practice, credibility, and income potential with the Enrolled Agent designation.
